Did you choose the right Elgato connection? There are 2 different:

of cource, it says “KEYLIGHT” but description is from “Light Strip”

Okay…the easy replies first :slight_smile:

That little popup is confusing but doesn’t mean Lumia think it is a strip.

But it should change your light. What is confusing me is that your keylight seems to go through different colors all the time…
Have you got the desktop app installed and the keylight works with it?

I would recommend you join us on discord and open a ticket. Then I also can make a debug with you and see if there is any error appearing.

Oh…I just noticed…you never pressed Refresh after connecting your light.
Then it could be that the light was never saved!

I didn’t on a video, but I’ve actually did, when I’ve tried before.
Keylight doesn’t change it’s color, I’ts just Iphone’s camera changes it’s apature, becase of a bright light.

Yes! Keylight works fine with StreamDeck! I can use every function with no problem.
