Twitch Point command not triggering Philips Hue light

1- Version: 6.1.1
2- System: Windows 10
3- Account: Basic
4- Screenshot not possible

5- Describe the issue:

When I set up a Twitch Points command to activate my Philips Hue light, it doesn’t work at all.

It works when I do it as a simple chat command.
It works when I click the “Test” button on a Twitch Points command.
The chat bot gives no indication that it has noticed the channel point redemption.

Everything is default in Global Settings.

Any suggestions?

Check under connections->Twitch if you gave all the right permissions :slight_smile:

I have checked that.

I literally installed Lumia for the first time today and it’s got all the default permissions, including channel point related stuff.

I’ve just had another go and - as far as I know - I have changed literally nothing. Now suddenly it works.

I have no explanation, but uh…I guess if anyone else encounters this…try again later?

Great…happy to hear it works now.

I can only assume but it could be that you just have been unlucky and at that time the Twitch API stuck a bit. We have 2 or 3 reports now that this or that from Twitch didn’t trigger, but in every case, we couldn’t find a reason for it.
