Subscription payment after purchasing Lifetime plan

5- Describe the issue:

  • I’ve bought “Lumia Stream Lifetime Plan” for 149.99$ on Feb 7, 2022.
  • But on the next day - Feb 8, 2022 "Subscription To “lumia-stream-monthly-v2” has been renewed too, and another payment (4.99$) proceeded automatically.

I would be sincerely grateful, if you’ll refund this payment.
