Philips Hue "Fast Mode" decreases brightness of all lights in Scene by about 75%

5- Describe the bug: I’m trying to recreate my Philips Hue “Themes” as “Scenes” in Lumia. Everything is fine until I turn on “Fast Mode”, then the brightness of all the lights decreases by about 75%. If I turn Fast Mode off, the brightness comes back to full. The position of the brightness sliders for the lights in the scene don’t change (most are set to 100%) but the actual light output decreases significantly!.
