On Update OSC functionality breaks until it's deleted and re-added

5- Describe the bug: Every time I update Lumia Stream, OSC Commands do not send.

Expected result: Upgrading Lumia Stream should not affect the functionality of pre-set parameters.

Repro Steps:

  1. Make an OSC command fire on an action like a Twitch Subscribe
  2. Verify the receiving OSC application on 127.0.0.1 gets the message.
  3. Upgrade Lumia Stream to another revision
  4. Launch Lumia Stream and attempt to fire the OSC command via a action like a Twitch Subscribe
  5. OSC application receives no message.

To work around this, I have to delete every OSC command attached to an action, and re-add them every time I upgrade. This forces me to not upgrade for a year at a time until I’m forced to upgrade and have to set up all my OSC actions all over again.
