5- Describe the issue:
When I try connecting my Lumia stream to the YouTube platform, and I click “Allow”, it doesn’t follow through. It stays stuck on this loding screen where the blue races across the screen like it’s going to load but it never does. I tried it on both the Firefox browser and Edge browser. I have been using Lumia on my Twitch channel for over a year with no problems. My first stream on YouTube and was not able to do anything.

Please go back to Lumia Stream. It should have connected even though the browser still shows that it’s loaded. You also may want to try out the beta. We’ve added a lot to YouTube in 5.3 beta
