I use Meld Studio and link Lumia Link to the chat. When I open up the chat, it pulls up all the history of the chat, rather than clearing when I close either Meld Studios or Lumia. That means each time I open the chat, it takes longer and longer to load as it pulls all the old messages. Is there something I can do to have it pull a fresh chat log each time?
It’s a known bug that we will fix it in the next version, the chat should be cleared if lumia has a new session
Meld Studios chat loads full history when accessed via Lumia Link for continuity and context.

you can clear chat at any given moment if you want from lumia Link , we do show a few older messages
Sounds like a sync issue Meld Studios chat may be pulling full history when linked to Lumia Link. Try checking Lumia settings or limiting sync range.
This has been fixed in 8.6.0, it still shows last chat as default but you can clear chat if you want
Noticed that too chat loads all history when linked with Lumia Link. Hope there is a fix soon
That sounds like a sync issue. You might also want to check freecine for LOS for possible fixes or tips!
