Login Issue - "Could not retrieve settings, please contact us if this continues"

5- Describe the issue: I’ve been running into this issue all day. I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled, uninstalled again, deleted every folder / file pertaining to LUMIA on my PC, reinstalled, & now I’m here. I’ve restarted my PC after every uninstall, made sure my login info was correct, even changed the password, but still nothing. Anything you can do to help?
