KASA TPLink not connecting

5- Describe the issue:
I’ve been trying to link my Kasa TPLink plug to Lumia but searches cannot find it. I’ve tried connecting both PC and plug to Wi-Fi, downloaded on a laptop, and deleted everything to start fresh. Still no luck.

Any advice?

What is the model number of the plug? Is it on the supported list?

I used the following -

We recently found out that they are not compatible (EP10)

If you can exchange them look for HS105 or KP105 (guess it is a country thing)
