This feature is an absolute MUST to make Lumia truly useful. As it stands there is no way to make certain actions require more of a cool down then other actions.
For instance if a command allows you to trigger a rave with light effects and sounds that should be able to be placed on a longer cooldown than simply changing the color of the room to blue
