I'm having trouble connecting my Govee lights to Lumia, what should I do?

  1. Ensure that the Govee device is Wifi capable. Not just Bluetooth. Bluetooth only lights will not be compatible with Lumia Stream.

  2. Confirm if your wifi provider is 5G or 2.4G, Govee lights are not yet compatible with 5G.

  3. Log into your network provider and see if you can enable a guest login for your 2G. Most providers have both options but Govee is not able to separate them.

  4. Through your phone connect with the new password and username.

  5. Reopen the app and log in to the wifi with the new password.

  6. At this point you should be connected with Lumia if you have already pre-registered.
