Hue Lights Won't Power Off

5- Describe the bug:

Since upgrading to 6.0.0 my Hue lights aren’t powering off when I turn Lumia Stream off within the application, but do power off when I close Lumia Stream completely. I have reconnected and toggled the power settings required for this to occur, and the problem persists.
