Facebook Chat Names on Lumia Stream

Lumia stream doesn’t grab the name of the facebook users in chat. This has been a thing for a while. Since Facebook changed the API.

There are some things I’ve been unable to use Lumia Stream for, such examples as:
Chat Feed
Giveaways etc.

As it always shows ‘NO NAME’

Just wondering if this is something that will be fixed in a future release or is this something that just can’t be done now ? Been a premium member since 2020… and it’s the only thing that annoys me, I love lumia stream and use it everyday :slight_smile:

Hi,

yes, this is something we unfortunately can’t fix until FB gets more transparent about their API. We know it is possible. But we don’t know how as their docs are a mess. And they have literally 0 support.
