Cheaper lights how would i connect?

i seen on a few videos they say lumia stream supports cheaper lights,
my question is does it have to be those that are named under the lights section.

it would be perfect if it didn’t but also how would you connect them? if they dont have that name in the support area?

do they have to be wifi lights? as i do have the bluetooth as well and they dont link to anything… would i need to get a powerboard or something for these to work?

Only Wifi lights are compatible with Lumia Stream yet.
