Chatbot settings not showing up

3- Account: Premium

5- Describe the issue:
Chatbot settings are not showing up in my left menu bar, and the LumiaStream chatbot is connecting to Twitch anyways. I saw in some other screenshots it should be under streaming tools, but it is not there. I do not know how to turn it off. Any tips?
